OPEN HOUSE

Join us August 19th to celebrate 3 years in the neighbourhood

On Saturday August 19th we will be open to thank you for three great years in our neighbourhood.  Please take advantage of a free 10 minute massage or 10 minute acupuncture treatment. Come in to speak one-on-one with our Doctors and therapists. We will also be showcasing a mixture of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, try it out and see what everyone is talking about.  Yoga classes are starting this September.  Finish off your visit with some great light snacks. Hope you can make it!

VINYASA YOGA WITH SUSAN

A flowing yoga class that draws upon Hatha and Ashtanga traditions, paying special attention to the needs of each individual.  Focus is on alignment and stamina, making this class an energizing and physically challenging one.  Intergration of breath-work adds a meditative and rejuvenating aspect as well.  This 75 minute class improves balance, strength and flexibility and creates mind/body awareness.  Suitable for all levels.  Classes will begin Monday Sept. 11 at 6:30 pm.  Please contact us if you are interested in signing up.

Osteopathic Medicine is now available at The Neighbourhood Clinic!

Osteopathic Medicine can be described as a gentle non-invasive therapy that addresses all systems of the body to find the cause of a patients presenting ailments. The osteopath uses light palpation to diagnose and treat restrictions found in the body that lead to dysfunction. Techniques are used to remove these restrictions and balance the systems to allow the inherent ability for self healing to flourish.

Cosmetic Acupuncture is now available at the Neighbourhood Clinic!

Cosmetic Acupuncture is a non-surgical treatment which reduces the signs of aging.  Very thin disposable needles are inserted into acupuncture points on the face which causes an increase in local circulation and a stimulation of collagen production.  The result is an increase in facial muscle elasticity, increased skin firmness and filling out of lines.
