Peter Lee, R.Ac., Registered Acupuncturist


Peter Lee Peter Sung Jun Lee studied acupuncture at graduated from MacEwan University (2015), in Edmonton, Alberta, which back then was the only public university in Canada to carry such a program and which still is the benchmark for registration in the province. He is a Registered Acupuncturist as a member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).

Peter has extra training on alleviating addictions and detoxification through auricular acupuncture and classical Japanese acupuncture based on Kiiko Matsumoto style. In addition, he is pursuing further education in Chinese herbal pharmacopoeia at the Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine in Toronto.

While he has experience treating numerous conditions including neck, shoulder, elbow, lower back, and knee pain, headache, nausea and vomiting due to morning sickness or as a result of chemotherapy, arthritis, sprain, all sorts of digestive conditions, PMS, UTI, TMJ and etc, his main focus is on the psycho-emotional conditions such as insomnia, depression, and anxiety, for which modern medicine has limited options.

He strives to help people smile again by relieving their pain and alleviating the psycho-emotional conditions, which may be the cause or the result of the pain, based on theories of the traditional eastern medicine which has been effectively treating patients for millennia.
